Download PokerStars PokerStars.com is the largest online poker room by far. Before you can start playing at PokerStars you will have to download the PokerStars software and install it on your computer. Once you have installed the poker software you will be able to play online poker for free or for real money. In this guide we will show you how to download and install PokerStars on a regular PC but you can also download Pokerstars for Mac.

Step 1

Step 2

Run the PokerStars software and choose your language of preference and follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation of the PokerStars software.

Step 3

You will now need to create an account at PokerStars in order to start playing for free and for real money. To create an account you will need to click “Account” in the menu and then click “Create Account”. After that you will need to pick you username and password, the username you pick is going to be shown at the tables when you play at PokerStars. Continue to follow the on screen instructions to complete the registration process.

Step 4

Once you have filled out your personal details you will be asked to enter a PokerStars marketing code. In this field you should enter the marketing code PBS500 as this code will give you a $600 bonus for free once you make your first deposit plus entries to some very restricted freerolls at PokerStars.

Step 5

Validate your email address and you are ready to start playing at either the real money tables or at the free play tables.

• 333 MHz or faster CPU (800 MHz for Windows Vista)
• 128 MB of RAM or more (256 MB or more for best performance)
• 512 MB of RAM minimum on Windows Vista (1 GB or more for best performance)
• 800×600 or 1024×768 screen resolution with 16-bit color depth (High Color)
• 60MB of free disk space for poker download installation
• 128kbps or faster DSL or Cable Internet connection
